Lucas Knows A Marketing Opportinity When He Sees It

We all know that with all things equal, Lucas Duda would like to be the first baseman for the New York Mets.

That's why when Ike Davis told the Post that he hid an oblique injury last season (wouldn't you if you feared a cortisone shot right in the middle of your stomach), Lucas saw an opportunity to let the Mets know that he was the right man for the job with a marketing campaign to be unleashed all over New York's subway system:

About metstradamus

I've been a Mets fan since 1976. The 1988 NLCS still bothers me infinitely more than it should. I also write about hockey for Puck Drunk Love. I've also been referred to as "Mr. Testosterone", and "this clown". We'll always have 2015.
